Friends for Life

So as I sit here and reflect on my last year I have realized that family and friends has become more important to me then ever. A year ago Britt took me to get my second tattoo because I was sad. My friends made me go out and get drinks when I could barely pick myself up out of bed. My family was there for me trying to cheer me up and tell me everything would be ok, they were right of course, but it took realizing how strong I was to realize how lucky I am. My Valetine' Day was spent in Cdale with my life partner Joe. He cooked me a fabulous dinner and took me out for tons of drinks! He then hooked up with my friend (identitiy will not be revealed as I promised to keep my mouth shut) and then woke up early to cook me dinner and take me to get my car out of the tow lot! He made me laugh when I didn't think it was possible anymore. I reconnected with a lot of friends that I basically pushed aside for 6 months. I had a blast in January at Nicole's wedding and met some awesome people who became new friends through out the year of the planning! D'anne and I even got to go out in Naperville and get called sluts because wearing a skirt and uggs in cold weather is inappropriate? I made a big move to Florida a couple months ago and the people who could come out and say goodbye did. I received some really sweet cards and well wishes and pictures of my girls that I look at all the time and makes me miss my bitches! One friendship that deveolped even more was with my business partner Samantha. We have decided to use our knowledge and creativity to begin out even planning business. By this time next year we will have New Millenium Events up and runnin! She has been there for me outside of the business aspct as well, I admire her and know that she will pull through every tough situation with a new understanding of life and one day she will see how truly amazing she really is! The ladies of Magnolia street will always be close to my heart as I have crashed out on their couch numerous times and they have put up with my crying, smacking into windows, my crazy birthday, the many boys I have dealt with, and stupid remarks I tend to make! Sadie, Gina, Abby, thank you! I am missing a lot of my gf's weddings this year because I have moved at the wrong time. I will not get to attend Heather's fabulous reception, Sandra's beautiful wedding, and Jen's exciting wedding! I am sad about all of that but I will be sending presents out for them! All of my friends have truly amazing qualities about them, to name them all would take forever! My famiyl has been my friends as well this year because they truly kept my spirits up through out the entire year. My sister and I skype, Adam just makes fun of me, and Eric takes my advice. It is crazy to see how far I have come this year but I could not have done it without all of my friends. So to Sarah b and H, Melissa, Sadie, Abby, Gina, Joe, Paige, Michelle, Jason, Heather, Nicole, D'anne, Billy, Craig, Mitch, Kim, Adam, Eric, Samanth, Asher, and everyone else I may have forgotten thanks!
